Office Manager
Miejsce pracy: Warszawa, Wola
Job description:
  • Maintaining the smooth operation of our Warsaw office
  • Office maintenance (purchasing food, stationery, equipment, office repairs, etc.)
  • Organizing internal events with HR (corporate parties, hackathons, team buildings, etc.)
  • Interaction with external contractors (goods and services)
  • Processing and sending incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Assistance in organizing business trips (visa processing, hotel/apartment booking, and ticket purchases)
  • Purchasing of merchandise and gifts for employees for anniversaries and other events
  • Greeting clients and guests in the office (organizing office space, booking meeting rooms, etc.)
  • Preparation of monthly and weekly reports on office expenses
  • Cooperating with the compliance management team (accountant department, HR department, lawyer, and location managers)
  • Maintaining records of corporate benefits (health insurance, sports facilities, parking, etc.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Russian
  • Conversational Polish, English (B1+)
  • 1+ year of experience as an Office Manager in IT or a similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to make independent decisions
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
